The office InCampo develops projects at the interface between urban development, culture and civil society. Through time limited cultural and social interventions in public places, hidden resources will become viewable, orphaned places of the city will become alive / detected again and will be forged to engines of development for the culture of the city. This kind of interventions has a quasi therapeutical function of town-acupuncture, which apply on neuralgic points of development and problems in the urban webbing of the city, to break structural blockades, to give impulse for the development and to establish perspectives of resolution. Since 2005 Sigurd-Christian Evers accompanies as a project consultant the processes of the city development for Castrop-Rauxel.
